La Filière brings together the economic activities linked to the promotion of mushrooms and forest edibles from forest to table. Representatives from foraging, processing, tourism and gastronomy, academic institutions, research and development, and users of both public and private forest lands make up the large assembly of La Filière, alongside regional development ministries and organizations in Mauricie. From this assembly, representatives are elected to La Filière’s Steering Committee.
