{"id":1647,"date":"2024-07-19T21:53:44","date_gmt":"2024-07-20T01:53:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mycomauricie.com\/?post_type=champignon&#038;p=1647"},"modified":"2025-05-07T16:16:35","modified_gmt":"2025-05-07T20:16:35","slug":"verpe-de-boheme","status":"publish","type":"champignon","link":"https:\/\/mycomauricie.com\/en\/champignon\/verpe-de-boheme\/","title":{"rendered":"Verpe de boh\u00eame"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La verpe de Boh\u00eame fructifie t\u00f4t au printemps quelques jours avant la morille conique, souvent dans le m\u00eame habitat, sous des arbres et arbustes feuillus, sa plus grande fr\u00e9quence \u00e9tant sous les peupliers poussant en terrains argileux *<span class=\"champ-numero\">1*<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>La verpe de Boh\u00eame, tout comme le gyromitre commun et le tricholome \u00e9questre, sont au centre d\u2019une controverse, car leurs fructifications <strong>contiendraient des produits qui, consomm\u00e9s sur une longue p\u00e9riode, seraient d\u00e9favorables \u00e0 la sant\u00e9<\/strong>. Ces trois champignons sont toujours consomm\u00e9s sur une grande \u00e9chelle \u00e0 travers le monde. Les preuves scientifiques de ces intoxications sont maintenant de plus en plus concluantes. Il revient \u00e0 chacun de d\u00e9cider s&#8217;il les consomme ou non.<\/p>\n<p>Chez la verpe, le chapeau est d\u00e9pos\u00e9 sur le pied *<span class=\"champ-numero\">3*<\/span> *<span class=\"champ-numero\">7*<\/span> et un lien fragile les unit *<span class=\"champ-numero\">5*<\/span>. Une coupe du pied *<span class=\"champ-numero\">6*<\/span> permet d\u2019illustrer les nombreux diverticules (ou polypes) qui remplissent cette cavit\u00e9 dont les parois sont tr\u00e8s fragiles. Chez les morilles, l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du pied et du chapeau ne forme qu\u2019une seule cavit\u00e9 et la chair du pied est en continu avec la chair de la base du chapeau.<\/p>\n<p>Normalement, les verpes sont cueillies tr\u00e8s jeunes, en bouton, et les pieds sont laiss\u00e9s sur le terrain. Le chapeau de la verpe se vide pour faire croitre le pied; par cet aspect, la verpe est une exception dans le monde des champignons.
