Ce clitocybe se rencontre fr\u00e9quemment sous les conif\u00e8res *1*<\/span> et dans les for\u00eats mixtes o\u00f9 il joue un r\u00f4le important dans la d\u00e9composition de la liti\u00e8re des sous-bois. On pourra le cueillir aussi bien dans la zone climatique de la for\u00eat feuillue que dans la for\u00eat de transition. Une importante restriction \u00e0 sa consommation est qu\u2019il peut causer des intoxications de type coprinien, s\u2019il est consomm\u00e9 avec de l\u2019alcool<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Il fructifie en fin d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 et en d\u00e9but d\u2019automne, parfois d\u2019une fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s abondante. On le reconnait \u00e0 son chapeau nettement en entonnoir *6*<\/span> *7*<\/span> *8*<\/span> \u00e0 maturit\u00e9, \u00e0 ses lames longuement d\u00e9currentes *6*<\/span> *9*<\/span> et \u00e0 son pied renfl\u00e9 *7*<\/span> *8*<\/span>. On notera la couleur grise teint\u00e9e de brun p\u00e2le du chapeau *4*<\/span> *7*<\/span> et le fait que le pied et le chapeau ne portent aucun ornement.<\/p>\n

On remarque la chair \u00e9paisse du chapeau de la fructification en plein d\u00e9veloppement *3*<\/span>, sa forme bomb\u00e9e en son centre et sa marge encore incurv\u00e9e vers le bas; la photo du centre *3*<\/span> illustre le moment id\u00e9al de cueillette. La chair du chapeau et celle du pied sont comestibles.<\/p>\n

Parvenu \u00e0 maturit\u00e9, le chapeau forme un v\u00e9ritable entonnoir et la chair au centre s\u2019amincit *7*<\/span> *8*<\/span>.\u00a0 Le champignon est encore d\u2019une bonne qualit\u00e9, mais bient\u00f4t sa d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rescence s\u2019amorcera.\u00a0 Ne jamais l\u2019inclure dans un m\u00e9lange forestier d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter les intoxications si consomm\u00e9\u00a0 avec de l\u2019alcool.<\/p>\n
